Emunah Bet Elazraki
Bet Elazraki Children´s Home was established in 1969. Today over 200 at-risk children aged 6-18, call Bet Elazraki – home. Most of the children, born to multigenerational welfare families, are referred to Bet Elazraki from throughout Israel by welfare officials because their parents are unable to raise them due to severe health, social or economic problems.
Children referred to the home were born to families unable to conduct a functional family unit in which children are protected and nurtured. They were removed from life threatening dangers.
Bet Elazraki is a unique home that embraces and nurtures children lovingly while implementing a structured, professional work-model. The work conducted day and night is to redirect children and break the cycle of distress.
For children brought to the doors of the children’s home, Bet Elazraki is a home for life. They are committed to them like family, always.
The students of Midreshet Torat Chessed will have the unique opportunity to experience, and help create, this warmth. They will be an important part of Bet Elazraki and integrate into the children’s home. They will spend their afternoons with the children, as well as many Shabbatot and Chagim. They will live near the children and eat their meals with the children. Through this, they will become an integral part of the Bet Elazraki team.

Midreshet Torat Chessed will be a place where girls will be encouraged to grow, but in their own way and at their own pace.
